Weight Loss Coaching in Reading
I help people in Reading lose weight in a way that actually lasts. Most of my clients are beginners, or coming back after a long break, and want to feel comfortable in the gym rather than dread it. That's what I'm here for.

Who it's for
If you want to lose weight but don't know where to start, or you've tried crash diets that never stuck, this is for you. You don't need to be fit already and you don't need to know your way around a gym. We start from where you are.

How the coaching works
We train one-to-one at Buzz Gym on Kings Road in Reading. I build a plan around your goals and your week, show you exactly what to do, and keep you accountable between sessions. The aim is steady progress you can keep up, not a punishing six weeks you'll never repeat.

Nutrition
I coach nutrition alongside the training, because what you eat does most of the work in losing weight. No banned-food lists or meal plans you'll abandon by Wednesday. Just realistic changes that fit how you actually live.
Can't get to the gym?
I also coach online, so if you're short on time or prefer to train at home, we can still work together.
